We’re thrilled to offer premium real estate marketing services designed to elevate your listings through stunning visuals, compelling storytelling, and strategic promotion. Our services include professional photography and videography for real estate listings, agent and property promotion via expertly managed social media and Google advertising campaigns, as well as content management for agents’ social media channels.
Photo & Video Delivery
Photos – Delivered within 24 hours of the scheduled session (except for sessions done on Fridays — those will be delivered on Monday).
Videos – Delivered within 48 hours of the scheduled session (except for sessions done on Fridays — those will be delivered on Monday unless otherwise specified in the project scope).
Revisions and Refund Policy
Revisions – Each photo or video project includes one (1) complimentary revision after the initial delivery. Any additional revision sessions will incur an extra fee, which will be quoted and agreed upon prior to proceeding.
Refunds – Due to the subjective nature of creative work, no refunds are offered after a project has been delivered. Creative output is inherently tied to individual taste; dissatisfaction with style, design choices, or artistic direction is not considered a valid reason for a refund. Reasonable efforts will be made during the included revision process to address client feedback, but once work is delivered, no refunds will be issued on the basis of “not liking” the work.
Security & Liability
Minaz Media, its team members, videographers, photographers, and administrative staff bear no responsibility or liability for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings, valuables, or property during the course of our work on-site. It is the sole responsibility of the real estate agent, homeowner, or authorized representative to secure and safeguard all personal items prior to the session.
Rescheduling
To reschedule a session, please contact us as soon as possible at: hello@minazmedia.com
Cancellation Fee
Your appointments are important to us and are reserved especially for you. We understand that changes may be necessary; however, we request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service amount. This policy helps us manage our schedule and offer open time slots to other clients.
Rights and Usage
When you hire Minaz Media, you are purchasing a license to use the content we create for your marketing purposes. You do not own the content and may not share, gift, resell, or transfer it to others. You also may not recover your expenses through redistribution.
