Payments are due as specified in the invoice and are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If you submit any materials (e.g., testimonials, comments, images), you grant Minaz Media a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and distribute such materials in connection with marketing and service improvement.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit and affirm that you have the necessary rights or permissions to provide such content.

Minaz Media SMS Program
By opting in to our SMS messaging program, you agree to receive text messages from Minaz Media related to services, promotions, updates, appointment reminders, and customer support. Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with us.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
